What it is
Brainy Supervisor connects to a plant's existing IP cameras, watches process, quality and safety rules written in plain English around the clock, and alerts the team on WhatsApp, Teams or email. Video never leaves the plant.
Most plants already have dozens of cameras that record everything and check nothing. Brainy Supervisor watches them every second of every shift and only speaks up when a rule is broken — a mixer loaded before the batch was scanned, a spill left on the floor, a forklift too close to a pedestrian.
An edge box inside the plant reads the camera streams and sends out only events and blurred snapshots over an outbound-only encrypted connection. Faces are blurred on the device; no facial recognition, no individual scoring.
